I had a wonderful experience at my appointment today with Dr. Thomas. I had several concerns regarding my upcoming jaw surgery, especially with the uncertainty of losing my husband’s insurance and having to transition to my own insurance through my employer. Dr. Thomas took his time explaining everything, patiently addressing my concerns, and reassuring me that everything would work out. He was attentive, compassionate, and never made me feel rushed. Having someone take the time to listen and ease your worries makes such a difference, especially when facing a major surgery. I left feeling much more reassured and confident moving forward. Alexis was also wonderful and did a great job assisting during my visit. I truly appreciate the care and kindness shown by both of them!

My experience at this location is always a100/10 Alexis is the best assistant there is. She always makes me feel comfortable. Our conversation be great. I switched locations just to have her as my assistant. Please give this girl a raise she deserves it!!

We use Dr. Harvey at the Snow Rd location but we’ve been to all the locations & they are all great. My son isn't the best “patient” if I’m being honest Lol he is the worlds worst at breaking brackets, bending wires, breaking off the arms on his MARA equipment u name it he’s done it.🥴🤦🏼‍♀️ So needless to say we spend a lot of time there & as frustrating as I know it has to be to Dr. Harvey & all the ladies who work on him they never once give us a hard time about it & they always do everything they can to make sure they can work us in quickly when these things happen. They get him fixed up & back on his way again all w/ a smile & I truly appreciate about them. His teeth look SO good!! I can’t recommend Dr. Harvey & his staff enough it has definitely been a great experience!

I have had two of my children get orthodontic treatment with Harvey and Thomas and we have always been pleased with their care. However, I recently got braces as an adult and going “behind the scenes” has given me a new respect for this practice. Each appointment has been well timed and the staff not only clearly care for their patients, but care about their field as well. My last two appointments were with Christine and Tiffany, respectively, and they were both so knowledgeable and helpful with answers to my questions. I’ve always felt like a priority and in great hands. Highly recommend them to anyone seeking orthodontic treatment!

Wonderful staff very knowledgeable quick. Thank you I have suffered with TMD for a while I was treated with braces the same day of my consultation no pain! and the pressure in my head and neck had immediately released. I have had my braces for 1 month and I still suffer pain the pressure in my head and neck as they align my condition has improved tremendously still happy can’t wait until they settle and and keep improving my TMD.
