Filling out the form counts as your official entry. That’s done, you don’t have to do anything else to be in the drawing.
Sharing your story earns you 3 bonus entries. It’s optional, but it’s the part we most want to see.
Tell Your Story

Post your story on your Instagram or Facebook feed. Tell the whole thing, there’s no word limit. Always include #MySmileStory.
Here’s how to earn the 3 bonus entries:
- On Instagram: post on your feed and tag @harveyandthomasorthodontics.
- On Facebook: comment with your story on our Smile Story contest post.
Posting on your own Facebook page is welcome and we’d love to see it, but it isn’t required and can’t earn entries. Stories and disappearing posts are wonderful and we’ll reshare them, but your entry post needs to live on your feed so it’s still there at the drawing.

The winning family is drawn and announced live on our page.
If you win, we’ll reach out directly.
The winner completes a W-9 and signs an affidavit of eligibility and publicity release before the trip is awarded.
