How Entries Work
Filling out the form counts as your official entry. That’s done, you don’t have to do anything else to be in the drawing.
Sharing your story earns you 3 bonus entries. It’s optional, but it’s the part we most want to see.
Tell Your Story
(And Earn 3 Bonus Entries)
Post your story on your Instagram or Facebook feed. Tell the whole thing, there’s no word limit. Always include #MySmileStory and #HarveyandThomasSweepstakes.
Here’s how to earn the 3 bonus entries:
- On Instagram: post on your feed and tag @harveyandthomasorthodontics.
- On Facebook: comment with your story on our Smile Story contest post.
- Prefer not to post? Email mktcoordinator@harveyandthomasortho.com with your full name, the email address and mobile number you entered with, and a request for the bonus entries. It earns the same 3 bonus entries.
Posting on your own Facebook page is welcome and we’d love to see it, but it isn’t required and can’t earn entries. Stories and disappearing posts don’t qualify for bonus entries — your entry post needs to live on your feed so it’s still there at the drawing.

What Happens Next
We’ll email you these same prompts and guidelines so you have them handy.
We’ll contact the winner directly after the drawing on November 17, 2026. Once eligibility is verified and the winner is comfortable, we’ll share the news publicly.
If you win, we’ll reach out directly.
The winner completes a W-9 and signs an affidavit of eligibility and publicity release before the trip is awarded.
